Cingular, an entity set up and runned by Mr. Pierre R. Doré, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and its group of affiliated professional experts hold more than 30 year experience in the field of taxation.
Mr. Doré offers among others, its tax expertise to those wishing to file a voluntary disclosure or to others wishing to receive tax advices with respect to tax assessment and litigation matters including the preparation and submission of notices of appeal.
Mr. Doré has for several years acted as a tax director with Arthur Andersen & Co, an internatonal firm of Chartered Accountants and prior, spent time with the Revenue Canada Tax Agency.

Mr. Doré is currently acting as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Citycorp Real Estate Group, a corporate group specialized in the conception, development, construction and management of real estate projects in the Greater Montreal area including among others, Les Lofts St-Raphaël and Les Lofts Rosemont.
Mr. Doré is also a member of l'Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière (APFF), the Order of Certified Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA, CA) and is graduated from l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales de l'Université de Montréal.
